Atchut Kanthamani is CEO and Chief Architect for Softrams. Atchut leads and defines Softrams’ growth strategy around Healthcare in the federal and commercial space. Prior to this role, Atchut was Senior Program Manager and Chief Architect at Northrop Grumman Health IT Division. He was responsible for standing up and managing Northrop’s Physician Value (Value Based Payments & Quality and Resource Use Reports) Program for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid. He has also been a major supporter of new business development efforts in the Northrop Grumman Health IT division, most notably his technical leadership and execution on Physician Value and HITECH EHR Incentive Payment programs.
Linda Schmidt is the Business Development Director at Softrams. In this role, she provides strategic planning and domain subject matter expertise for source selection and proposal development. Linda develops capture opportunities through understanding of core capabilities and alignment with strategic partners. She coordinates Softrams response activity throughout the proposal development effort. Linda brings 30+ years of experience in CMS programs including Medicare FFS, MAPD, and Physician Quality Reporting.
Tom Campbell is the Senior Director Program Operations Director at Softrams. In this role Tom provides corporate support and oversight to all client-facing programs and staff. Tom also leads Softrams’ Agile Center of Excellence. Tom has corporate responsibility for ethics and HIPAA compliance, contract operations, legal, HR, business proposal pricing, and client and partner relations. Prior to Softrams, Tom was a Principal Program Analyst at Mathematica. He brings 20+ years of experience in operations, program, and project management, including 15+ in federal programs.
Chitra Rao leads the people function of Softrams designing a comprehensive talent strategy with executive management for successful execution of business objectives. As our Human Resources Manager, Chitra focuses on hiring the right talent, creating policies aligned with our mission and culture, operationalizing the HR function,and ensuring efficient processes are in place to make Softrams a highly motivated and healthy place to work. Chitra brings with her extensive experience working as HR Business Partner in IT, Training & Education industries.
